What information do we collect?
We collect information when you sign up or update your information using a form. Providing family information is not required for membership. We store all the information you find in the directory including name, address, phone, email, how long you’ve lived in Farmstead, any children’s names and if they are interested in helping walk or dog sit, snow shovel, babysit or do yard work.
What do we use your information for?
We publish a directory to our paid members and new home owners in Farmstead. We also send periodic emails to those who opt in regarding upcoming events. A newsletter with forms for updating your information is sent to every home in Farmstead.
Who do we share your information with?
Periodically, we share names and addresses with the Farmstead Women’s Club for mailing membership postcards.
How do we protect your information?
Only board members are authorized to access your information in Excel spreadsheet form for the purpose of completing updates when necessary.
The directory is not delivered outside the neighborhood and new home owners only receive a copy after they take possession of their new home.
