Directory Drive and Membership Drive

It’s that time of year again when we come together to strengthen our bonds and ensure our neighborhood remains a vibrant and connected community. Our Annual Membership Drive & Directory Update is happening throughout October and into November up to Thanksgiving weekend.

Our membership dues are $35 annually and go towards covering the cost of the neighborhood directory, Farmstead sign beautification and maintenance as well all the events we as a community love: the Halloween Outpost, Pictures with Santa and the Easter Egg Hunt.

  1. Renew Your Membership: Your dues play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our community. By renewing your membership, you contribute to the betterment of our neighborhood and help fund important initiatives.
  2. Update Your Information: Our community directory is a valuable resource that lists all homes and contact details of homeowners within the HOA. Keeping your information up-to-date ensures that we can reach out to you in case of emergencies, important announcements, or simply to foster neighborly connections.
  3. Welcome New Members: If you’re a new homeowner in our community or know someone who is, this is the perfect opportunity to sign up and become a part of our community. Share the benefits of membership with your neighbors, and let’s continue to grow together.

Note: this is a voluntary HOA with no binding covenants – we don’t measure the length of your lawn, prescribe the color of postboxes or what flags you may or may not fly. We exists solely to foster a sense of community by connecting residents and organizing and hosting events.
